the service at this place, since it has changed the administration, is terrible. I went to hot coffee and was served lukewarm, on a cold day with little to no milk and no sugar. he had to go back to get milk. that was never the case at this place. God knows what he did with the coffee! I had to ask him to heat it up, and he's gotten it for me. How terrible is that! I would never go in here again. change the hired and they have someone who knows what they do behind the theke. they run a business, not their own local business. dnd, they unload this franchise if they don't have their act together. terrible experience! I'm taking my business to one of them.
I had a great experience at Loading To Be. I purchased gift cards for my friends to celebrate Christmas, and I also got half a dozen donuts: a chocolate, double chocolate, strawberry, and a vanilla cream donut. They came in a beautiful gift box, which was a hit with the kids—all for around $9. The staff was friendly, and the store has a cozy atmosphere located along NJ Route 18. There are plenty of seating options and some parking available. Next to the store, there's a spa and a barber shop, as well as a PNC Bank nearby. I highly recommend checking it out!
Smh came through the drive through Monday morning give the lady my card I get the text that my cards been charged $9. She tells her manager that she left it in the machine and it didn’t go through. I try telling her it did but after trying to show her the balance, she just kept telling me it was an error. Waited a couple days incase it took a a little for the “refund”. Still showing that both transaction went through with no problem. Maybe new employees should be better trained before handling customers money. Disappointed
The customer service at this location was absolutely infuriating! Why hire an employee that seems to hate people! The man at the register (Steve) was so rude, impatient and annoyed that I asked a question about the item I was ordering! Everyone is entitled to a bad day but leave it at the door dude! I would not recommend visiting this location if you want to leave satisfied ?

the older lady who took my order saw me waiting in the cash box to order, then went on to ignore me and go off a counter for a few seconds. After she had finally taken my order, she spoke with a heavy accent on the intention instead of taking her time and being cordial. rude and I would say they go to the block to the next, unless she is removed from the counter.
Despite the ongoing COVID-19 quarantine, this Dunkin' maintains strict safety protocols to protect both its customers and employees. The staff is very professional, and they go out of their way to bring a smile to your face and brighten your day. They truly deserve recognition for a job well done!
The service here was excellent and prompt. I received everything I wanted in no time, and they offered a wide variety of donuts—such a great selection! Additionally, it's a pleasant area to enjoy a meal with a view of the dunes. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a quick bite or a drink.
The older man that works here is not gracious and he is very curt. There were only two customers in the store and I was never unkind or rude to deserve his attitude.
