My friend ordered takeout through the app, and we got two coffees with specific instructions. Unfortunately, one of the coffees was quite disappointing. The staff appeared detached and didn't seem to listen to our requests. They made the coffee based on their own standards instead of following our specifications. I recommend that the store manager take the time to check orders before they’re given to customers. There's a definite need for improvement in their customer service. It's frustrating to spend money here when the experience is so lackluster.
The coffee wasn't great; it was quite watery. However, we enjoyed the hash browns and the mango pineapple lemonade. The lemonades are really tasty, but they tend to run out during peak summer. The customer service was good. Overall, it was an average experience.

Don't waste your time; they don't serve drinks at night. There's really no reason for them to be open. Just head to Wawa instead.
