I'm visiting from out of town, far from home, and the roads here are hard to navigate. There's a Dunkin' right next to my hotel, so I decided to walk over to grab something to eat since there aren't many options nearby. However, the lobby doors were locked with a sign saying it was drive-thru only. When I tried to open the door, an employee outside confirmed that walk-ins aren’t allowed. Despite being just a few feet away, they expected me to drive over a mile just to use the drive-thru. It’s frustrating that a place so close won’t let you simply walk in, especially when their menu could easily accommodate quick, walk-in orders. There appeared to be many inexperienced employees at the restaurant. For example, when I ordered an English muffin, the cashier tried to charge me for an egg sandwich without cheese or egg, which was $3.79, while the English muffin only cost $1.59. The cashier argued with me about it until I firmly corrected the order.

The hot coffee here is disappointing; it tastes watery and seems to have been sitting out for weeks. I'm really disgusted with this place. If I'm going to spend my money, I expect to get my money's worth, and the coffee here is just terrible.

On election day in the late morning, I stopped by the restaurant, and they were very apologetic about being nearly out of donuts. However, they still managed to provide me with a great dozen, and they were nice and fresh.
Coffee wasn’t the best . Was watery. We liked the hash browns and mango pineapple lemonade . The lemonades are really good but they run out of it in peak summer : customer service was good . Overall an average experience
I accompany several other dunkins to go to this place. they always get my coffee perfect to mean and the man who works on tomorrow is always so nice.
I don’t know what was happening…but they gave me a caramel latte with no espresso ? I just had a cup of milk whipped cream ?

The iced coffee was terrible and was not made correctly. The donuts I got were squashed and stale.
Literally the best Dunkin' I've ever seen! Correct orders and polite staff, highly recommend!
