The restaurant was very clean both inside and out. Although the pick-up counter could be better situated, there's ample seating for you to sit back and enjoy your coffee or snacks and drinks. The service is usually good, with prompt attention. However, the app could use some enhancements to accurately show prices before you reach the checkout page.
I visited this coffee shop for the first time, and as a Yonkers resident, I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had at a café. Dunkin', you should definitely give Amil a raise! While I usually favor Starbucks, I will return here because the service was consistently outstanding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
What can I say? The ice cream at Dunkin' is simply delightful and never fails to brighten my day. The staff is incredibly friendly and cheerful, which enhances the overall experience. I couldn't ask for anything more, and I always look forward to visiting this place!
Avoid this particular store if thinking on placing a Mobil Order through the app because they will get it wrong every time. I sent my favorite breakfast meal to this establishment and I was given the wrong meats on my order. Complete waste of time when in a hurry Book a table now
The service here is inconsistent, and they often get my order wrong. It would be helpful if they had staff who fully understood English. I usually order the same thing, but because of the frequent mistakes, I don’t see a reason to continue coming back.
First time at this location (I live in Yonkers and I swear it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had a coffee shop. Dunkin’ give Amil a raise! Im an avid Starbucks drinker but I’ll switch up if service was always this great. Such a pleasant experience!
Bad service from one of the men working there. He tried to scam me with one of the deals from the app. And theirs flies on the donuts. I mentioned it and that exact man laughed. Wouldn’t recommend honestly xoxo.
nice during the day but man who works in the afternoon messes up every mobile order with completely different drinks and will no listen when u explain that it is wrong! Book a table now
