On Dec 28, I placed a mobile order for coffee, bagel, and dozen donuts. I pulled up to the window and was given the coffee and bagel. I drove away and as I got on to Rt 347, I realized I hadn 't been given the dozen donuts. Dumb, right? Not exactly. The donuts were for the nurses at the Hospice Inn. My mind was on getting to my father asap. I returned to the store since I had paid and, I knew my mother would be very disappointed that the nurses would not get a tank you. I entered the store, explained I hadn 't received the dozen. I was asked how could you forget and why did drive away . We always go to this place for ice cream, but recently, I've noticed that whenever I arrive before 9 PM, the lights are still on, but there's no one available to assist. Last night, I went through the drive-thru at 8:36 PM and ended up waiting for quite a while. Eventually, I decided to go to the window and saw two staff members cleaning up, but they weren't attending to the drive-thru. Frustrated, I ended up just driving away. Their website states that they're open until 9 PM, so they should either close the drive-thru or put up a cone to indicate they're closed. Horrible experience! I ordered 4 boxes of munchkins totaling almost $60. My only request was to have 1 box with no chocolate munchkins and 1 box with no jelly munchkins. The male worker decided to omit it altogether from my entire order. That's disappointing because that's not what I asked for. Why is basic customer service so difficult at this location? I then called the store to speak with a manager. The same male worker answered, admitted to messing up my order and then hung up the phone. Unreal. I won't stop here. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this matter. And I'll be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.
If you want to deal with rude customer service, I repeat, DO NOT go to this location. The manager TINA is so incredibly rude. Our order came out wrong, my fiancé politely told them at the window it wasn't correct and she was incredibly nasty about it and didn't have the decency to even apologize for it. The poor girl at the window was definitely intimidated by her and was scared to even talk. Who the hell would want to work for a manager like that? Poor customer service.

Apparently, they do not start mobile orders until you actually get there, tell them you made a mobile order, and then they make you get on the regular line and order that way. First time this happened I chalked it up to a busy morning, 2nd time I was actually told "we make your mobile order when you get here. "What is the point of mobile ordering then???Will not return.
You really need to pay attention to the state of the restrooms. Regardless of the level of service and overall cleanliness of the restaurant, if the bathrooms are filthy, it raises concerns about whether the staff adhere to proper hygiene practices.
I absolutely love the egg sandwiches here! I usually avoid getting breakfast from Dunkin' because it often has a rubbery texture. However, this place clearly does something different, as their egg omelette is incredibly delicious!
The best dunkin ever! I accidentally ordered mobile to the wrong store and they were so courteous and nice to make sure I didn't have to drive to the other place. Come on! The sweet guy who helped was Moses!

Excellent! The avocado toast with bacon was absolutely delicious. It’s the best I've had compared to other Dunkin' Donuts locations.
