Today, I went into the lobby at 11:30 a.m. to order a medium decaf coffee (that was all I wanted). I stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist me, but no one came. There was no sign indicating that the lobby or counter was closed. After a while, I called out to an employee to see if I could place my order. She informed me that they weren't taking orders at the counter and that I would need to order online for pickup at the counter.
I asked why I had to use the app when I was right there, and she could take my order directly. She insisted that the counter was closed for ordering. I then pointed out that I still had to pick up my order at that same counter. She said yes, which made...
