This Dunkin' is located in the southern part of Providence, an area that unfortunately has a number of individuals who appear to be in search of day jobs or who are homeless. I recently stopped by on my way to the Rhode Island Free Clinic, where I volunteer, to pick up a tasty donut with sprinkles. The drive-thru can get quite busy during peak hours, often causing traffic congestion on Broad Street, particularly for southbound drivers, so be prepared to be patient and plan accordingly. While I wouldn't recommend going inside to grab food, the drive-thru is a decent option at this location.
I asked for a vanilla chai and they gave me some disgusting beverage, then we realized the milk was ruined because it tasted funny and my husband asked for a regular cream and sugar and he got a nasty unsweeted cofee. If i got sick because of that ruined milk we are going to sue this franchise. They do NOT worry about the customer and give a good service they bust worry about money. Disgusting place!!!
Homeless woman acosted me behind the building. No mask. They told me not to worry about her. Then I got coffee instead of tea. If I get sick, I will sue the franchise.
These folks are over charging for things through the drive through, I paid $3 dollars for a small hot coffee, they are lucky I didn’t think of asking for the receipt.

They got mad that we ordered a lot of food from their restaurant and gave me tacos for ants. However, they did get the order spot on... and it was yummy.
If I could leave negative stars I would.They served me a brick cold sandwich.Horrible service. If you don’t like where you work leave.
I had a half a dozen reward for $3 and ordered a small frozen hot chocolate it came out to $10.2 with no receipt
