okay first, I want to start by saying I'm not the type of person, ever ever leaving a review. I give this one star because zero is no option. but after the service I had here, I cannot even describe my experience at this point. this dunkin is the one with a car through this near where I live. I went here tonight, although snow on the floor thinks I'm a nice brown sugar milk latte and a chocolate tea. Instead, I got a lot of maintenance and rest. the service was terrible, whoever is the man who has to hire to reassess their decisions. I have the hardest donut all the time. terrible customer service. if I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve been there a couple of times and every time it’s something different. the last time I went a girl wasn’t speaking clearly so we barely understand, nevertheless we continued to order. then she made a mistake and we tried to correct her, she yelled at my mom and I for trying to help her out. in the end the coffee wasn’t made right and the wake up wraps were cold like she didn’t even put them in the oven to heat. never going back, rather go back to the one on 5th avenue, better customer service and overall great environment.
They don't even deserve one star! I've been here a few times and EACH time they mess up my order. The last time I was there, I asked for glaze donut and they give me frosted with sprinkles. Like wth? Why is it so hard to get it right?! It's a waste of my money bc I'm usually on my way so it's never worth it to turn around and wait on the line again. The one time I did get back on the drive thru to get my correct order, the guy at the window was so defensive, screaming it wasn't me who made your order! It doesn't matter, I wasn't blaming you but you're at the window so I'm telling you!
do not go here in the night qround 12am4am there is only one man working and he does not speak English well. that means they wait 15 minutes before they leave the trip thru. it is not his fault, this place is not well managed. they have to give the employees an increase instead of $15/h

The date is November 6th 9:35pm. Save your money go to a different DD , the staff at night especially drive thru are clueless to the importance of customer service. Definitely need retraining I’m appalled by there behavior.
the coffee is never hot enough. if you clean cold creamers, it will cool the coffee. who wants a warm coffee? do they have their own microwaves?
extremely rude. I have given a command in the drive by taking my time and shamy murmelts and told me to hurry. poor customer service
i was ordering through drive through and crew member just started screaming my order. i don’t recommend going here.
