Coffee here is not the best sometimes, I guess it depends on who makes it. I still kept going back because its closes to my house and there’s a drive through. Last time I was here I got the omelette bites. First one was good, I took a bite out of my second egg, it tasted like soap. When I smell it, it smelled rotten. I was shocked I don’t understand how you could get one perfect omelette bite and one that’s completely inedible. Never going back to this Dunkin. I feel like they intentionally did something to my food for some reason. I have no idea why, Or maybe that one omelette was made with the last little bit of egg that have been sitting out for a while.

The workers here critically need to learn good manners and the right conduct! Very disrespectful and disappointing at the same time! Just when I enter this Donut shop I’ve already seen their frowning faces and some of them even have grumpy faces! Specifically to that fat teenage girl and her other Latin coworker, very RUDE!??? when I was in the restroom they keep on banging and banging the door as if they didn’t know I was there but the fact that I saw all of them I enter to that restroom as if I’ve done something wrong to them.
Tried to get myself munchkins majority jelly. I double check with her because I heard something about a jelly shortage and they re-confirmed that there was enough jelly. I got 25 munchkins and I only got 2 jellys. The nighttime shift must be the worst workers for the Dunkin employees. Get a new batch of workers that aren’t liars.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! If those who are working there don't want to do it, they shouldn't work and that's it, they made us wait 20 minutes in the store and they didn't take our order or tell us to wait, they just left with the orders for the cars outside and when I asked them she was very rude and unprofessional DO NOT GO TO THIS
the coffee is never hot enough. if you clean cold creamers, it will cool the coffee. who wants a warm coffee? do they have their own microwaves?
extremely rude. I have given a command in the drive by taking my time and shamy murmelts and told me to hurry. poor customer service
lousy service the coffee cups we ordered were almost thrown away very bad service from the cashiers
