Disgusting in every sense of the word. Dirty, moldy ice machines, crumbs everywhere, spilled coffee everywhere, sticky counters, no straws, no napkins, overflowing trash, employees in filthy clothes (like really filthy), employees look unbathed, bed head, crusty eyes, miserable to talk to, what else can I say about this gas station dump of a southern New Hampshire Dunks. If you don't actually get physically sick from the lack of restaurant hygiene in the kitchen or the pink moldy ice (that you can easily taste in unflavored ice coffee) then you might get sick from the filthy people that hate you asking them to do their job. I'm really disappointed because this Dunkin' is conveniently located near the gas station, but one employee's negative attitude creates an uncomfortable environment. I was shocked when she came up to my car and scolded me for giving my husband a quick hug and kiss. It was such a harmless gesture, and her confrontation felt completely unnecessary. I can't help but wonder if her reaction was influenced by our interracial relationship, as I haven't seen her act this way toward other customers.

I would honestly give this location 0 stars if I could. So I used to get food from this location a few times a week, but lately its only been once or twice a week. I use the ap to order, which is convenient, unless you send someone else to get your food because it is a 50/50 chance they will give them all of your order. Yet the stickers on all the bags or drinks say how many items are in the order and how many are drinks. Yet they still can not get it right. Then you have to argue to get refunded, because some workers say they can't refund you.
I just popped in for a coffee and a doughnut, and I must say, this is the most efficiently run Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever encountered. Every staff member was busy and collaborating in a way that's rare for this chain. I received my coffee and doughnut in just about two minutes after ordering, despite having a line of eight to ten people behind me and just as many in front. It seemed like someone was already preparing my coffee while I was placing my order. Excellent job!

I hadn't had a complete meal or drink from Dunkin' Donuts in some time, and I was pleasantly surprised by their new menu offerings. I thoroughly enjoyed the sourdough sandwich with fried bacon, egg, and white cheddar cheese, paired with the new passion fruit peach refresher. The omelette egg and cheese bites, along with the hash browns, made for a delightful brunch! So good!
This Dunkin' Donuts was terrible! I ordered a sandwich, only to find that it was completely burnt when I got home. When I returned to ask for a replacement, the employees laughed at me through the drive-thru window! It's clear that they are unprofessional and not equipped to handle customer service properly.
I’ve had some issues with this Dunkins in the past but they got new management and I think it’s helping . This Sunday crew was AMAZING ! I online ordered , got there in 4 minutes and only had to wait 1-2 minutes for my food . The staff was very friendly and my coffee and food actually came out perfect ??
The service when taking orders is good, but the coffee quality is terrible. This was my fourth time ordering a coffee after work, hoping for a decent cup. Instead, I received dirty, watery coffee that was absolutely awful. Worst of all, they showed no shame in serving such a poor drink to customers.

I visited the restaurant one day and encountered a worker who was extremely disrespectful. I believe his name tag said Lorenzo, and his rudeness was completely unnecessary. As for kid-friendliness, I found his behavior quite unwelcoming.
