I ordered a matcha latte, and they ended up giving me a coffee instead. This is the second time this has happened today! Earlier, I ordered a chai at a nearby Dunkin' and the same thing occurred. I'm paying over $6 for a drink I don't even like, while regular coffee is only about $3. I usually love this Dunkin' and have never had a bad experience before, but it's so frustrating. I had someone else pick it up for me, so I couldn't return to get a new drink.
The food here is really great! The atmosphere is pleasant as well, but I'm giving it four stars because I think the decor across all their locations could use a bit more attention. The service is similar; I believe the staff could make a bit more effort to be friendly to customers. Some employees come across as a little rude or indifferent, if you know what I mean.
The food is amazing! However, as a frequent customer, I believe this Dunkin’ should pay more attention to their regular glazed donuts. Every time I stop by— which is quite often— I end up receiving a donut that isn't glazed at all.
I stop in every morning for a drink and breakfast sandwich. Drinks are great. I 10/10 recommend trying the the strawberry dragon fruit Book a table now
I stop every morning and get the same. It’s hit or miss here… my coffee taste nasty (not sure what the taste is)… munchkins are raw.
I can't comment much on the atmosphere since we opted for a mobile order takeout. However, the coffee was excellent as always!
Manager doesn't get it. Too much socializing and not concentrating on customers who are spending 20 to $30 at a sitting

The drive-thru service is remarkably fast, and the customer service is exceptional.
