First off, the floor was littered with dirty napkins and some questionable looking spills. I was tired and decided to wait here 40 mins or so before going to a nearby doc appointment. I ordered the Caramel chocolate cold brew and received salted caramel instead blech ? I hate salted caramel! and wasn't given the option of creamer/milk. So I basically received syrup coffee ?. I confronted the barista about my wrong order and she was nice enough to change it. BUT in the same cup so I still got the yummy ? salted caramel flavor. Anyways, whatever, I hate confrontation so I didn't say anything else, I sucked it up and drank my drink . I didn't notice the jumbo flies about 3 or so buzzing around...
I went in at about 10:00 a.m. I was looking at the selection of donuts available and either they've already run out of a lot or they didn't get a delivery in. I ordered an apple crumb donut and a glazed donut. Walked out of the store and back to my place of residence and bit into the apple crumb and it was a bit chewy like a day old. Thought nothing of it and finished it. My glazed donut looked like the glaze had already seeped into the donut so there was hardly any left on the top and biting into it, the same day old chewiness. Disappointed.
The employees at this Dunkin’ location seem to struggle with basic comprehension. Unfortunately, they often get orders wrong. It feels like you have to explain things to them as if you’re speaking to a child, yet even then the orders still end up incorrect. Although the restaurant was recently renovated, it seems the staff could use some improvement as well.
I wish i could stop getting stale donuts and munchkins. Everytime i come here. To this location. Nothing is fresh. I dont know. If they sell stale stuff from day
