I ordered through an app, and when I arrived, there was no one in line ahead of me. I had to make myself known, and then I was informed they didn't have what I had ordered. They suggested a bagel instead, but I insisted on only taking it if it was fresh. Unfortunately, the sandwich I ended up with was rock-hard. I should have anticipated this outcome. I won’t be returning. The staff didn’t even express gratitude for my order. Perhaps she should think about pursuing a different job.
This location serves a full cup of caffeine even when customers specifically ask for decaf. They don’t offer dark roast coffee; instead, they just add a shot of espresso and consider it done. Bagels and donuts have been dropped on the floor, and it seems like the "two-second rule" always applies. As for management, there’s no real leadership—just an older couple who appoint unqualified individuals as managers and have no idea how to handle daily operations.
The small Dunkin' location really impressed me. Our Iced Caramel Signature Lattes were excellent and ready in no time. On top of that, he scanned a coupon, which made our visit very affordable.
I recommend being cautious about food safety at this establishment. I observed an employee handling bagels while holding her car keys and not wearing gloves. Book a table now
