I was excited to visit one of our favorite donut spots, as we hadn't been to Dunkin' in a while. Unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The crullers were hard and cold, and the chocolate-dipped donuts were in the same condition. This was around 8 AM, and there was a line stretching almost around the building. I doubt that kind of traffic will last long once people try what they’re serving. It was a total waste of money, as we ended up throwing our donuts away.
Visit a Sunday night. Drive thru had several cars so we decided to get out. The order was removed in time. A little surprised that there is absolutely no donuts in the front; they were cleaning so that the pastries were in the back. Don't assume they ran out and don't stop. Our drinks were made as we ordered them. I would recommend you to visit this place when you repair your coffee and are in the area.
I'm so sad to say my glazed donuts were hard, cold and not glazed. It feels like they went to Walmart to buy their outdated donuts. My refresher tasted like extra sugar koolaid. My daughter liked it, but of course she's 8 and addicted to sugar. 1 star :
The service and friendliness could use some improvement, and it appears this place is often lacking various items. It seems like inventory management needs to be more efficient because a donut shop without donuts is just not acceptable. Book a table now
I ordered a Matcha Latte but received regular coffee instead. The Hash Browns were burnt, and the delivery person didn't even ring the doorbell. The food was cold as well.
The sweet black pepper sandwiches were fantastic, and the classic bacon, egg, and cheese was delicious as well. The coffee was also excellent.
In comparison to Starbucks, the grilled cheese is definitely second place. But the coffee is good and ready quickly. Donuts as well.Food: 4/5
Two stars are generous. The worst Donughts I've ever tried. I ordered online so I could just pick it up and I still had to take up and wait. Book a table now
I usually like to give five stars, but today is four stars because I was given a hard donut but everything else was very good.
