Typically, when you request additional flavor shots after placing your order, the original drink remains as is, with leftover traces from the first preparation. However, they simply transferred my drink into a larger cup instead. When I tasted the coffee, it neither had the sweetness nor the pumpkin and roasted white chocolate flavors I was expecting. I asked about adding extra shots to adjust the taste, either myself or by their staff, but they informed me it would cost 10 cents for each shot. Seriously? I’m unsure if this is meant to discourage customers from requesting extra shots or if it’s just a part of their policy.

This location is usually pretty speedy. They do randomly put cinnamon on my order from time to time which I 'm not a fan of. Also, the ladies working don 't know their address. They missed my mobile order and said I ordered to wrong store. I pulled up my receipt from 10 min prior to show them it 's correct location. They claimed that 07054 wasn 't their zip code (mind you the address was a match, 147 Route 46) and kept pointing to someone else 's receipt saying this the zip code ... it was the store number they were pointing to. I tried explaining multiple times that it was their store number they were pointing to, not their zip code ... So maybe they should know their address so they don 't...
I ordered a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese wrap, but they gave me a cheese bagel and egg wrap instead, without informing me if they were out of stock. There is an Indian woman in her 40s working there who is the only friendly staff member. Unfortunately, the rest of the employees provide poor service and communication, and as you can see, they didn’t let me know about the mix-up with my order.
I waited over five minutes for someone to come to the counter and assist me. I called out for help and knocked on the counter, but no one responded for the entire five minutes. The reason? The employee working at 4:55 pm had his AirPods in and was on a phone call. Even when he finally came to help me, he stayed on the call. This was the most unprofessional Dunkin' I've ever visited.

Employee was very very rude, he don’t want customer. He was sitting a chair when I entered at 4:40 he start route with me. when I was ordering my food he stop me 3/4 times. For his rude behavior when I cancel my order he just said me go ! I was regular customer !
I typically make sure to try my order, but I was in a hurry this time. I ordered a coffee, but it wasn't prepared as I requested. I ended up needing to stop along the way to grab another one. I should have double-checked!

I don't buy from other coffee brands; I prefer Dunkin'. The location on New Rd. in Parsippany is the closest to my home, and the staff behind the counter are always friendly and a pleasure to interact with.
