If I could give this Dunkin' location (STORE #310138) half a star, I would. I've never encountered anything like this, and no one else should have to either! According to the app, the store has a bathroom, so I decided to stop by. Out of courtesy, I purchased a donut and a large coffee. When I asked the cashier where the bathroom was, he informed me that it was for employees only. At that point, I refused my order (which I hadn't touched), especially since he hadn't even made the coffee yet. He then told me he wouldn't refund my money. The staff is welcoming, and regarding the food, it's Dunkin' Donuts. It's not the finest dining you can find, but it's certainly not the worst... after all, it is Dunkin'.
