I truly love this Dunkin'. They prepare my iced latte just right, and their donuts are always fresh. Yes, paying $5 for an iced latte is a bit steep, but it's on par with Starbucks, and I personally prefer Dunkin'. There's never a line, so I can get in and out easily. Additionally, I can always place my order via my phone, and it’s ready when I arrive. My visits have been hassle-free and enjoyable every time.
I observed that several employees, including those handling food, were not wearing masks. This raises significant concerns about hygiene and shows a lack of respect for customers. Generally, the service is outstanding, so I am quite disappointed with the COVID safety measures being implemented.
We noticed a man in the back who was picking his nose, biting his nails, rubbing his eyes, and then he spat on the floor. It was enough for us to leave right away, especially knowing that he was preparing drinks and food for customers. Absolutely disgusting!
I gave this restaurant three stars primarily for the customer service, but I deducted two stars due to poor maintenance. I've visited this location around five times over the past two months, and it really needs a thorough cleaning! Book a table now
It"s Dunkin. But the employee talks really fast no one understood him. He shld notice that he has to repeat himself all the time. Also they ran out of holders for my larges cups of coffee.
Very hard working staff. They are so overworked I feel so sorry for the staff. Give them a better pay and treatment. Customers should have more patience and gratitude.
The donuts were unbelievably fresh, if I could post a picture I would because I took one lol. Thank you for your service during this time.
