I've been there before and never had any problems, but two weeks ago I went through drive thru and ordered a large fab caramel with a shot. Also 6 doughnuts and the doughnuts were so hard old like worse than day old. The fab was so not balanced it tastedlike more shot than caramel so I returned the doughnuts before even leaving the window. They look really mad. After all thedoughnuts are like $700 for 6 doughnuts. I should have returned the drink too. Want go back. Starbucks across the street. Thedoughnuts have changed not like when I was younger in Florida.
I'm not typically a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but this location might just win me over. We've been here two days in a row, and each time, we've been served by the same lovely young lady. She's incredibly sweet and truly goes the extra mile! I didn't catch her name initially, but she has blue-tinted hair (which I absolutely love) and is always polite and patient. She really deserves some recognition! I wanted to add that the girl with the blue hair is named Jenny! She's absolutely wonderful and so sweet!
The service was simply awful. There was no greeting, no offer to help, and no expressions of gratitude or invitations to return. Not even a smile! The staff was chatting amongst themselves while I was placing my order. While the food tasted good, its presentation was unappealing. To top it off, they handed me a bunch of dirty napkins—really unpleasant.
Paid almost $5 for a large drink and get a small in a large cup. This is not the 1st time either. Do not order Vanilla Chai or Cappuccinos as they will give you a cup of foam. Actually do yourself a favor and go across the street to Starbucks where you actually get what you pay for. Oh and manager says this isn't foam, your right it's air.

Donuts ???? were hard as a rock and the selection was not good either. We've given this location multiple visits and everytime we just haven't been pleased with the quality of the food. ????
Dunkn has THE BEST sausage, egg, and cheese croissant! Paired with an iced coffee drink, and of course an occasional donut, is my favorite fast breakfast!
Overall, it was an unremarkable experience, but the restaurant was clean, my order was correct, and the wait time was acceptable.
The drive-thru line was long and extended onto the road, but we managed to get through quickly.
