I visit this Dunkin' Donuts location frequently, and I've noticed there are new staff members, mostly teenagers. Yesterday morning, it took them 20 minutes to prepare my order because they were all engrossed in their own personal conversations on their phones. There were several other customers waiting for their orders as well. When I asked for the manager, one girl told me she was not in. I then asked for a supervisor, and she directed me to Ammy, the girl with colored hair, who is apparently the assistant manager. I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts for a long time, but I will NEVER return to this location. Why? One of the most important features for me, as a school bus driver who spends a lot of time on the road, is having access to clean restrooms when needed. However, this place has the nerve to keep both of its restrooms closed—not for repairs, but simply because they don't want to bother with ensuring they're sanitized in this pandemic era that has everyone on high alert. The food is typical of what you would expect from Dunkin’. The staff, however, are very friendly. Unfortunately, there's no drive-thru available. While there are clear markings for social distancing in the waiting line, there are no guidelines for those waiting for their orders. The area became overcrowded and uncomfortable. The staff seemed overwhelmed trying to get customers served quickly. I recommend adding someone to manage the capacity and keep things more organized.
I've had a consistently frustrating experience when ordering through DoorDash. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but the cheese was scattered all over the place instead of being in the bread. Can someone explain that? I requested almond milk, and they sent me whole milk instead. I've given this restaurant multiple chances, but it never improves. It's really disappointing.

This is the third complaint I've heard regarding this issue. Masks are not being enforced, and the manager has stated that they don't want to risk losing business. It seems they are indifferent to the health and safety of their customers.

My favorite donut shop offers a wide variety of donuts, coffees, and other sweet treats. The staff is friendly, but the only downside is that you always leave smelling like a donut shop.
The snackin' bacon has arrived, and to be honest, I’m quite disappointed. It comes with just four pieces of bacon, each cut in half.
