I am a regular customer at the Dunkin' in Hazlet, NJ, on Route 36. As a decaf coffee drinker, I've noticed that 9 out of 10 times, my coffee is either not fresh or almost stale. Each time I place my order, I ask if the decaf is fresh, and I’m always assured that it is, but it rarely is. Additionally, I find it frustrating that a medium coffee with oat milk and caramel costs over $2.78.
I’m curious why, on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m., the doors were locked and I couldn’t enter the lobby. I drive a large truck and can’t fit through the drive-thru, which seems like a great way to lose customers. I grew up in this area, and because of this inconvenience, I won’t be returning to that restaurant again. Poor management!
This location has extremely good frozen matcha lattes. I had also bought the strawberry donut with sprinkles and a Boston créme. Both of which were amazing and tasted delicious. The service was also very fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went there this morning and I ordered an iced tea and the iced tea was sour no matter how much sugar I added to it it was awful literally the worst I've ever had from Dunkin' donuts if I could give zero Stars I
Called late last night for a decent size order for this morning. Scheduled pick up for 730 got there early and everything was ready to go! Great experience, great people, and very friendly.
