I always place my orders through the app to earn points and rewards, but at this Dunkin', I'm starting to think they're not adding the shot of espresso that I pay for in my Dunkin' Midnight. Honestly, if someone orders an extra-large black Dunkin' Midnight with a shot of espresso, they probably have a good appreciation for coffee and can easily tell when it’s not there!
The only reason I put one star is because of the one woman who was working today. I came in the afternoon. The other employee must have had her daughter with her. All I heard was her yelling and carrying on in the back. Then she came up front. It wasvery unnerving to see a young child without a mask also behind the counter. I thought I was in a Dunkin not a day care.
The customer service was outstanding! However, there was an unpleasant odor in the store that reminded me of stale cigarettes. This might be because the restaurant shares a space with a gas station.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was really let down. What do you think? Book a table now
