I usually don’t like writing reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I went to pick up a mobile order for myself and a coworker. When I arrived, the woman at the counter tried to deny my order. She didn’t speak any English, which made things really frustrating. I ordered a cold brew with a shot of espresso, but it tasted like watered-down tea with milk. To make matters worse, when I got back, I found out that my coworker's order was incomplete. Honestly, how is this place still operating?
Their iced coffees can be inconsistent. They don't offer cream or sugar unless you ask, which is easy to forget. I always need to request extra caramel. My coffee isn’t made properly at this location, which is disappointing since it’s only five minutes away and very convenient. Now I have to find another spot because my iced caramel coffee just tastes like plain iced coffee.
The service was prompt despite the long line, and the drive-thru staff were highly efficient. I had a fantastic experience with my coffee, with everything going perfectly. I will definitely make a stop again when I'm on Route 10.
The coffee is consistently bad or just off every time I visit. Yesterday, my iced Americano tasted stale and burnt—completely undrinkable. This Dunkin' location is terrible.
