One of the staff members was wearing a Thrasher shirt, but it was a different employee who was vaping. She wasn’t very friendly to customers, which made my experience even more frustrating. Vaping inside a small restaurant where people come to eat is really inappropriate. It’s inconsiderate and creates an uncomfortable environment. If management is reading this, I’m willing to share a video of the incident. The other employee didn’t seem to notice or address the situation at all. After this experience, I’m unsure if I will continue ordering from this restaurant.
I won't focus on the stale donuts I bought here, which I ultimately had to throw away. If you have a problem with your order, it's probably easier to just pay and walk away, as you might encounter a not-so-friendly attitude from the cashiers—particularly from the woman with the hair bun and tattoos, and the guy making sandwiches. Maybe I just don’t fit their vibe since they seem to be nice only to certain customers. I’d suggest going to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Terrill Road instead; they really know how to treat their customers!
The morning team (about 8 to 10 people) is amazing! I came in about six months ago and had a really bad experience because they were severely understaffed, and my order was completely messed up. It was quite chaotic at that time, so I’m thrilled to see how much things have improved. My orders are always accurate now, and everything seems to run so smoothly. The staff is also extremely friendly. Great job!
The owners should feel ashamed. A young woman was working alone while handling a long line of customers, with no help in sight, despite hearing voices in the back. She was left to manage everything on her own, and customers were getting increasingly frustrated with the wait. Many wanted to place their orders but didn't want to delay the line any further.

Today, my husband and I popped in for a quick coffee. Lupe, the young woman at the counter, was doing an amazing job all by herself. Even though she had multiple customers to serve, she stayed calm and delivered excellent service to everyone. Fantastic job! I wish every Dunkin' had service like hers.
I liked that it’s conveniently located on 22W. The parking spots are a little tight, but the restaurant is clean and the service is fast. The coffee was great and the food tasted fresh. I’ll see how things go from here.
I’ve been a fan of this place for 10 years, and now they finally have a team that truly gets my coffee preferences.
