This Dunkin', since the remodel, has gone severely downhill. I really wish this wasn't the only next-generation Dunkin' in the area.Like, where do I start? It's extremely dirty, especially in the trash area, I often get stray coffee and espresso grinds in the drinks, and sometimes my food is overcooked. The employees also have their airpods in their ears.There are much better Dunkin's nearby. Don't bother with this one.
This store just re-opened only carrying a handul of donut varieties and a lame attempt at some sort of Starbucks display. If I want Starbucks I 'll go there. I hope this won 't happen to all the other DD locations around here.
At Dunkin', my order was incorrect with missing items and wrong sandwiches prepared. Despite this, the staff did not offer any assistance or refund. The menu options were confusing, leading to a disappointing experience.
I love Dunkin but you never know what you're going to get. As of now this Dunkin is getting 4 stars because they recently redeemed themselves by actually making my iced coffee correctly for once ? Book a table now
