We drove from Greeneville spacifically to go to this Dunkin. This Dunkin is well managed, the employees are way better and friendlier and just all around better trained at their jobs. So much so that we packed up our 3 kids and drove the 25 mins to this store rather then the one that's in Greeneville. They always make the drinks correct and make them taste great! I have never had an issue at this Dunkin. Also this store is VERY clean especially considering the amount of business they do that's saying something.
My grandson and I had been caring for an elderly family member and traveling late to return home. We arrived at the Dunkin Donuts a few minutes till one a.m., which was closing time. The associate was friendly and professional and everything we ordered was available. Our order was correct and freshly prepared. It was wonderful to be pleasantly greeted and able to get fresh, hot food at that hour of the morning.
I absolutely love my Dunkin'! They recognize me and know exactly how I like my coffee. I rarely have to place an order because Paula is fantastic, and her team is growing. Let's give them credit rather than criticism – they do a tremendous job. Retaining good employees isn't always easy. Oh, and Charlie says thank you for the pup cup!

I was ok when I had to wait on someone who didn't know she had an order to make. BUT... I got on the road and my bagel was burnt !! I couldn't eat the top part of my everything bagel!!
Peppermint Mocha Latte is good, needs more mocha. Sausage, egg, cheese croissant taste funky. Dunkin Donuts has to work on their drinks and food.
Great service and when we wanted to pay for our order of just under $7, we were paid to the car before us. Pay????????
love their cold coffees me and my teenage daughters both. only not so much you eat and they are a bit too expensive
