I guess this is the new standard of quantity when it comes to a medium iced coffee. I went inside to simply ask and both employees where pretty defensive particularly one I wasn?t even speaking to. This location may not last long if change is not considered. I won?t be back to this location. I will be contacting corporate to get more information if they?ve changed the amount of coffee a customer receives.
This Dunkin recently received a remodel, but not redesigned the employees. The service here is terrible. Staff do not ask how you are or even talk to you. I work for customer service and I am as aware of how I treat a customer, maybe the management should take into account.
Traditional Dunkin Donuts shop offers fast donuts, a hot bite and coffee (drive thru)...too bad its not open 24 hours, and is pricy.
I've been here for years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dishes and drinks are always fresh and delicious.
