I came through the trip on Tuesday January 5 and asked for a latte with cream of the Lord who took my order to refuse to make it. I asked if I paid more for everything he said was not a no we didn't do that. I drink Dunkin every day and I never have a problem in other Dunkin? Locations. You should teach your staff to get more. This dunkin' Location has some of the most friendly staff and consistent quality when it comes to beverage orders. So glad it's on my morning route!
You always get orders wrong! They fool people by giving them coffee instead of espresso. I know the difference!
