I visit the drive-thru here almost every workday, and I have to say, this is the fastest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Even when there’s a line of cars stretching out to Route 59, I still receive my order quicker than at any other Dunkin' location. The staff does an outstanding job. Corporate Dunkin' Donuts should send new employees here to learn what exceptional service truly looks like. Keep up the great work, and thank you for consistently getting my order right!
This Dunkin’ in West Nyack, right across from the Palisades Mall, is very conveniently located. The service is consistently fast and efficient! When we arrived, we let the staff know our order would be quite large, and Christian went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything was delicious and served piping hot! Keep in mind, it can get pretty busy throughout the day. You really can’t go wrong here, especially since it’s open 24 hours!

This Dunkin' tends to be quite inconsistent. I've been there twice and had great experiences, but I’ve also faced rude staff and noticed flies buzzing around the donuts, which is definitely unappealing. If you're in a rush and can't get to another Dunkin', you might want to give this location a try. However, it's probably wiser to consider other options. Overall Rating: 3/10. Book a table now
I worked here from ages 17 19. I was definitely too good of an employee for a place with such irregulated cleaning procedures that constantly had me in disgust and aggressively irresponible management that tormented you unnecessarily but hey a student needed money. The only pleasurable thing about your experience might be a nice worker : Eat at your own risk!
Fast and friendly service! Their coffee, donuts, bagels, and more are always fresh. Even though the drive-thru line often stretches out onto Route 59, they move quickly, and the wait is usually no more than five minutes. I really appreciate how hard they work—thank you for helping start most of our mornings with your delicious coffee!
This Dunkin' location is one of the best I've ever been to—spotless, high-quality, and well-kept. Unlike the larger, more crowded Dunkin' stores, this one boasts a simple yet beautiful interior design. The food is fantastic, and the staff consistently delivers excellent service. I only wish I lived nearer to this Dunkin'!
Stopped here off the highway on my way to NJ. Walked in for an iced latte and a bagel. Drive thru line was to the street so I walked in. Coffee was good and bagel was alright. I don’t think they are known for their bagels it was alright tasted like a frozen lenders bagel, nothing special. Employees were fast Book a table now
