The store is run down on the inside. There is no spunk at all. The shelves are not stocked at all. You have one pound coffee packages spaced out to look like cabanet its full but it's empty. The donut cabinet is never full no assortment. The staph is great and the drive thru is wonderful but if you looking for a place to get together with friends I would say look elsewhere. Oh and the bathrooms are not clean. The place is dirty and the blenders are in need to be fixed. The liquid flows out the bottom of the blender.
I started visiting this location a few weeks ago and grab breakfast roughly every other weekday. Roughly HALF of all the times I go my order is incorrect. I dont open my bag until I get to work so I cant go back so I just throw it out and go to a nearby deli. Im writing this review after having thrown out my breakfast today, the fourth time in 2 weeks. Each order is around $14 dollars which has now added up to me wasting somewhere around $60 in messed up orders. My most recent order is #5655 this morning around 7am.
We always go to this restaurant for ice cream, but the last few times I visited before 9 o'clock, the lights were still on but there was no one available to help. Last night, I drove up to the drive-thru at 8:36 and waited for a while until I saw two people cleaning up, but not on the drive-thru. I eventually decided to drive away. Their online hours say they are open until 9 o'clock. They should either close the drive-thru or set up a cone when they are closed.
I had the worst customer experience at Dunkin' today. There were two employees at the drive-through who were moving very slowly and seemed to be preoccupied with counting. They never greeted me or acknowledged me when I was there, and the lack of service made for a really unpleasant experience. I am only giving one star because of the poor service. Hopefully, Dunkin' can improve and turn things around.

the young children who work there is very rude and uneasy this load manager must check them how they interfere in the work they do by customer orders I have this experience with the same haute a 3 times not nice at all. and they just put everything they want in their order I am very easy friendly person, but that is enough
The entire point of placing a mobile order is for it to be ready when you get there. Any other Dunkin I've gone to has the order sitting at the counter so I'm in and out in thirty second. I tried three times at this location and three times they started making the order after I told them I placed a mobile order.
Owner was extremely kind, he is friendly and most of the customers there were definitely regulars. His establishment is clean, the food is fresh and the employees are friendly as well. My order was perfect.
Some of the staff are really nice. There is one lady who works there who always get my order wrong even when she repeats it back to me. She makes my order wrong almost every time.
