Gloucester has the most rude greedy Dunkin donuts in Massachusetts, they won't even sell you a cup of ice or a cup of ice water, Starbucks gives out ice water and cups of ice for free cus it's just good to give back in some way cus what you give out you get back even more in return.
Sometimes, it can take a considerable amount of time to get your drink at this restaurant. You might place your order only to see the five people behind you getting their drinks first. The system for serving customers efficiently could definitely use some improvement.
Only one employee wearing a hat visor No hair net or hat. Order was done incorrectly same as Eastern Ave location. How do you contact management by email? Hair should be covered handling food.Thank you.
Newer Dunkin'. People are mostly friendly, and the orders get a bit confusing. No numbers were given, which would help. Or at least a receipt. None offered. Otherwise, good place. Book a table now
Customers are not allowed to use the public restrooms. Would have liked to wash my hands before eating. Didnt have much to offer for food anyway. Will never stop here again.
Tip: For a Box-O-Joe, you have to go inside to pick it up, at least at the Gloucester Washington location next to the railroad.
Not enough help...lots of errors to my orders lately. This is at all 3 locations. Very disappointed.
