I've been coming to this Dunkin' ever since I started working out in the area about a year ago. It's usually quite busy at the cash register, but I rarely have to wait long. The coffee, however, is nothing special. I can brew a better cup at home, but for convenience, Dunkin' is an option. I wonder if anyone there has tasted the weak coffee they've been serving. I’ve since started going to the Starbucks up the street. Although it’s more expensive, they know my name, the place is always clean and friendly, and the coffee is fresh.

I bought some croissant for my lunch. I don’t know what he’s name he looks a little old guy than other employee. Anyway when I got the croissant was very hard and cold, I like mine to be soft and warm. So I Asked him to warm it up. He gave me the facial expression with OMG mouth without saying that word, and he didn’t want to do it. ?? the other employee who was next to him, did it for me. I Am appreciate to him, not the other guy. The way of he reacted was very rude. And I don’t know what he will do my food.
PROS: This Dunkin was very spacious compared to other Dunkins. The staff is nice, they actually clean the sitting area, they have cushioned chairs in the corner and they have tons of parking CONS: They take 9 years to make each drink (exaggerating their slow time of course) and the bathroom is not clean at all. The complex also has to repaint their parking lot lines. Difficult to park in order OVERALL: I would still come to this Dunkin, however, I wouldn't come by when there's a crowd, like the mornings
Ordered a bagel twist. I did not notice that it was missing until I got home. Went back to the store to retrieve it. The manager was standing there looking at me. He never apologized. The cashier did not apologize to me either. I think it is not that difficult to say sorry.

I went there to get a cup coffe about 6.30pm and I wanted to use the restrooms and because they had just cleaned it, the manager Rosalia did not allow me to use the restrooms.
If you're considering a job here, I would advise against it. The staff is unpleasant, and the manager treats everyone poorly. Additionally, the workload is quite demanding.
The staff is very friendly, and despite the high volume of customers, I've never experienced any issues with my orders. The service is excellent!
