Dunkin' - Table reservation

Was in line and was called to the 2nd register. A young man took my order. He gave me my drink then told me the person at the first register would ring me up. He walked away. I waited until she was finished with the customer. She then called over thenext person. I told her she needed to ring me up. She told me I had to stand in line. I started to tell her what the guy toldme. She started to take the order of the next person. I left my order and walked out. As I was leaving I heard her call out have a nice day ma'am . If there's a problem with the coworkers they shouldn't be taking it out on the customers.Never goingback to this Dunkin' Donuts again.

Walked into this Dunkin donuts, and was greeted with a smile. I ordered an iced Caramel Latte with 7 pumps or caramel, the girl at the register named Mary asked if I wanted a caramel craze latte instead and explained to me what it was, I am so glad shedid, It was amazing the cinnamon sugar on top of the whipped cream is a game changer. So glad I went in there and Mary suggestedthis. Marys customer service was great too.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The cashier only rang up one item from my order and treated my payment as if I had given him cash. After a few tries, he fixed the mistake but became upset when I had to repeat my order. He then said he had something to do and walked away to the back, leaving the front unattended.

Coffee. Bad coffee on 10-13-2022. This is the worst place to get a coffee. After waiting for a long time, the coffee tasted awful. I don't understand why it's so difficult to make a simple coffee with cream and sugar.

This Dunkin' location in my neighborhood is my favorite. The store is clean and the customer service is exceptional.
