The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude. On my first visit, I was told that the food I had already paid for online was unavailable. They didn’t provide any suitable alternatives and refused to issue a refund. During my second visit, they closed the drive-thru window on me, insisting they closed at 4 PM! I will never come back to this restaurant. They really need to learn how to treat their customers properly before attempting to run a business.
The service is just okay, but the drive-thru parking lot is filled with enormous potholes. It's really difficult to steer clear of them, and some are nearly three feet wide and a foot deep! It's ridiculous to expect customers to navigate such hazards. This place definitely needs a complete overhaul and better management.
Terrible customer service and I was charged incorrectly. The woman rang up my order as hot coffee, but it definitely didn’t look like hot coffee. She seemed rushed to get us out quickly, didn’t give us a straw, and we were overcharged. Make sure to check your receipt carefully.

Every Wednesday morning, when I go through the drive-thru, there's an elderly woman who gives me the coldest glare. No matter how friendly I attempt to be, she always seems to respond with rudeness.
I had to place my order at the window since the dining area was closed. Not sure why. The coffee and coffee cake muffins were really good.
