The new location has potential, but the service needs improvement. When I walked in this morning, I was the only customer at the counter. The employee behind it seemed completely absorbed in a conversation on his headset about the drive-thru and completely ignored me, even though I was just a few feet away. After waiting for about three minutes, I asked if anyone was attending to the counter. He responded with a confused "huh?" When I repeated my question and mentioned that I had been waiting, he finally acknowledged me but asked to give him a moment. Don't bother trying to go inside; the three teenagers hanging around the counter will just tell you to use the kiosk in the corner, whether the drive-thru is busy or not. I went there the other day with no cars in the drive-thru, and they still insisted I use the kiosk. Half of the items on the menu aren’t even available on the kiosk. Ordering directly from a person is actually faster. They also lock the inside doors, so no one can enter from outside. They've changed too much, and I won’t be coming back anymore.
Usually, dining inside is preferable, but since there was no wait at the drive-thru, we decided to go that route. After placing our order, they handed us a cup of whipped cream but forgot the munchkin, which we were really excited about. When we asked for the munchkin, a new employee gave us a chocolate one. I immediately thought, "Seriously? Everyone knows chocolate is bad for dogs!" In the end, we just chose to leave. I enjoyed the donut, but my poor pup was visibly upset—her expression said it all.
I was charged an extra 50 cents for asking for less ice in my coffee. While I understand that means a bit more coffee, half a dollar seems excessive. None of the other local Dunkin' locations add this fee. If I ordered more ice, I wouldn’t receive a discount. From now on, I’ll be choosing the other nearby Dunkin' stores instead.

The restaurant is run by a group of young staff members who appear to be more interested in joking around and engaging in playful banter, which can sometimes feel a bit aggressive. The food had an unusual, artificial flavor. I ordered donuts, but was told they only had one flavor available.
I have consistently enjoyed fantastic service at the Dunkin' locations in East Stroudsburg, Bartonsville, and DWG. The staff at each store are polite and friendly, and they always get my order correct. I highly recommend these locations!
This coffee shop is excellent, with a welcoming vibe and a diverse range of choices. It's also conveniently situated and easy to get to.
