I visited the drive-thru yesterday, September 28th, around 5:40 PM, desperately craving some coffee after a long day as an ICU provider. The staff could see I was having a rough time and hadn’t had any sleep. Even though I was having a bad day, their kindness made a huge difference. They accidentally made two coffees incorrectly and generously offered me both for free, plus they even covered the cost of my iced latte—all I had to pay for was my son’s donut. That small gesture was the only thing that brought me a smile that day. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt so moved by their kindness. After a tough night of losing patients and having to stay awake, I was on the verge of giving up...
I haven't had a donut in years, but today I had a strong craving for a jelly-filled and a lemon-filled donut, so we decided to go in. They had exactly what I wanted. However, when I got home and took a bite, I was really disappointed. The lemon-filled donut barely had any filling, and it wasn't as fresh as I had hoped. It definitely wasn’t what I remembered, and it was quite expensive for what you get—or rather, for what you don't get. I definitely won't be craving donuts again anytime soon.
The staff on Monday, July 24th, an old and ugly, gray haired lady refused to take my order in the morning. I was trying to get my girlfriend a coffee before work and they had us sit at the window for like 5-8 minutes. I had been constantly saying “hello” and no one responded. As soon as I pulled out I heard the lady take the order for the person behind me. Rude and puzzling behavior that I hope is taken accountability of. Food: 5
Waited over 30 min. In the drive through. Even heard some people who walked in say they was there for over 40 min. Smh. This is the worse Dunkin Donuts location ever!!!!!!!!
