I started work about a week ago and I've been going here everyday on my commute to get a coffee and occasionally a breakfast sandwich... I don't even know how I lasted a week. Today was my last straw. Last week I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on sourdough (not the sourdough breakfast sandwich). They gave me the dough dough breakfast sandwich when I specifically asked for American cheese. I swear to god the bacon wasn't even cooked. Each strip was completely pale. I ended up throwing out the $5 sandwich. The coffee was OK. This week I ordered my usual coffee and I don't know what they put in it, but it wasn't coffee... maybe sour milk? I don't know. I gagged after a sip. They messed up my ba...
I've never visited this Dunkin' Donuts location before, and I found it quite challenging to locate. It's situated in a strip mall, but surprisingly, it isn't listed on the directory sign with the other retailers. I had to rely on my GPS to guide me once I reached the shopping mall parking lot. The building itself is separate, and getting to and from it feels like navigating a maze. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly and pleasant. However, I was a bit taken aback by the pricing—charging $30 for whipped cream is just outrageous. Who does that?
Don’t bother using the mobile app to order ahead. 9 times out of 10 my order isn’t even started when I get to the store. When I go to the pick up counter they ask what I’m waiting for, when I tell them they act like they had no idea I even placed an order. And even then my order ends up being wrong. Stinks because this is the only Dunkin’ on my way to work. Time to switch to Starbucks!
If your craving Dunkin on a Thursday afternoon. DO NOT GO. I went today at 3 PM on a Thursday and the girl working was very incompetent. My order is a Iced Caramel Latte. I was greeted with a lukewarm latte with little to no ice. Almost like I was drinking lukewarm water with some milk and caramel mixed into it. NEVER GOING BACK to this Dunkin

This is your standard Dunkin’ experience. I visit a few times a year, and the coffee is consistently hot, while the donuts are always fresh. The wake-up wrap I had on my last visit was also quite enjoyable.
Friendly staff and good service but this restaurant has dirty restrooms very filthy. There is no hand soap. There is a house fly around in this restaurant. I give 3 stars.
The donuts are consistently delicious, and the coffee is excellent. The customer service is great, and our order was absolutely perfect!
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. This is the best Dunkin' I've ever visited!
