Ikram, the manager at Dunkin', is absolutely fantastic! She always greets customers with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great experience. I had no issues with the food itself, but the service left much to be desired. The staff often gave misleading information about the preparation of my meal, making me wait much longer than necessary. It seemed to be particularly frustrating if I didn’t fit a certain appearance. Additionally, the attitude of the women working there was quite unfriendly.
The people here are pleasant enough hut it seems EVERY Dunkin I have gone to lately can NOT seem to get anyone's order correct. Either completely wrong coffee /sandwich or forgotten items all together. Really disappointing.

This is one of the better and friendlier Dunkin' Donuts locations. They are also willing to customize drinks according to your preferences, which is fantastic!
The drink was excellent, but the bagel was disappointing. The everything bagel lacked flavor, and the cream cheese was just clumped in the middle.
