Since the new management took over, the quality has really declined. They now sell stale donuts and bagels, which is disappointing. I was one of the first customers when this place opened and used to visit multiple times a day, always enjoying the friendly staff under the previous management. I hope the owners read these reviews because I'm sure their monthly revenue has dropped. Word has spread throughout the community about the decline in quality and customer service, and I’ve started spending my money elsewhere.
The location is excellent, although getting into the parking lot can sometimes be a bit tricky. However, that's not really their fault. The service is fast and efficient, but there was one unusual occasion when they closed in the middle of the afternoon without any explanation.
I can't remember if his name was Jay or Jake, but he was the one who served us during his lunch break while filling in for an employee who was running late. He had an amazing attitude throughout the situation and was extremely friendly.
The staff here are hardworking and welcoming, even in the early morning. I stopped by this morning to pick up three dozen donuts, and they were fast and friendly, even giving me a small treat as a bonus. Excellent work, team!

My husband and I love our morning coffee, and Dunkin' is our go-to spot. The manager, Kalpana, also known as Ms. Speed, is fantastic at her job—she’s quick and always knows exactly what I like from the menu.
This Dunkin' serves the freshest, hottest coffee compared to other locations. The staff are excellent, and the place is the cleanest and most well-organized I've ever visited. Keep up the great work!
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The coffee is always fresh, and if it's not ready, they'll brew a new batch. I don’t mind waiting for freshly made coffee; it’s only a two-minute wait.
The staff was very nice. I requested less ice in my iced coffee, and it was made just right. I was also particularly impressed by how cleverly he handled a young child who ordered before me.
