I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. They have failed to pay their employees their final paycheck, and I’m not the only one; I've heard it has happened to two others as well. While the owner's wife is kind, dealing with their daughter has been frustrating. Getting in touch with the owner has been a challenge, as he directed me back to her. She informed me that my last paycheck would be mailed to me, but it’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting.
Additionally, morning shift workers are at risk because the restaurant has been broken into and robbed twice. There was even an incident where a female co-worker was assaulted after a customer's wife slipped on unsalted step...
There was only one employee working, which resulted in a long wait. Unfortunately, he made my coffee incorrectly, so I had to stand in line longer to ask him to fix it. When I inquired about how many pumps of flavor it should have, he provided the correct answer. I’m not sure why he got it wrong in the first place. I ended up having to check the app to find out the right amount of pumps to make my drink taste the way it should.
RUDE TERRIBLE! Some 4-Eyed girl saw me at the counter and continued to do other things. I politely said Excuse me, I would like to order she said give me one minute. After another 4 minutes, she went to the back and started on another order that someone was already working on. The guy told her don 't worry about it and take care of me then she went to take someone else 's order. Rude and horrible service.
I would give zero stars to this Dunkin' location. The staff is consistently rude and always messes up orders. We received a stuffed croissant that was cold and undercooked, and to top it off, our simple iced coffee order was completely botched. If you’re looking to try something from the Dunkin' menu, I suggest going to a different franchise that values quality and customer service.

Talk about my burnt coffee, non cooked croissant and burned bagel minis. I had to wait 10 minutes for cold and burnt food, I could have imagined if I had to wait 30 minutes for ‘fresh’ food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location; these people do not want to serve you and when they do you’ll regret it!
The restaurant wasn't overcrowded, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great suggestions without any pushiness. Overall, it made our dining experience a true pleasure.
A very dishonest employee works here. Someone attempted to steal my elderly father's cellphone and after him relentlessly hounding them, it was returned to him. Disappointing.
I’m a frequent flyer of DD, my job sends me all over so I’ve been to dozens.. this is hands down the best service and best quality I’ve received so far.

I got a breakfast sandwich and a mocha, both were cold and unappealing. I ordered in store and had a 5 minute wait for my cold breakfast.
Dunkin' is at its best in the morning; later in the day, the quality drops. Their sweet drinks on the menu tend to be overly sugary.
