I usually don't post reviews, but I had to because how great the staff is here. I really appreciate it after a long day or just because. I usually go to the Dunkin in Joliet or New lenox by Walmart. All others do not compare at all with the customer service of this Dunkin! This will be my way to the dunkin. JC is very friendly and many others. I hope management shows these workers some recognition because they deserve it.
This Dunkin' at Lenny's Food n Fuel has the most friendly staff! I am a regular and often/usual preorder with the On the Go function of the app. You always welcome me warmly and my order is always accurate! Thank you for the caffeine with a smile!
Two young ladies this afternoon work the counter/windows and they were absolutely so friendly!! My ice cream coffee made perfect!!!
