I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because of the exceptional staff here. I truly appreciate their service, especially after a long day or for no particular reason at all. I usually visit the Dunkin' in Joliet or the one in New Lenox near Walmart, but none of them come close to the customer service at this Dunkin'! This will definitely be my go-to location. JC is incredibly friendly, along with many others on the team. I hope management takes the time to recognize these hard-working employees because they genuinely deserve it.
I don?t normally post reviews but I had to because of how great the staff here is. I really appreciate this after a long day or work or just because. I normally go to the Dunkin in Joliet or New lenox by Walmart. All the other ones don?t compare at all tothe customer service from this dunkin! This will now be my go to dunkin. JC is very kind as well as many others. I hope themanagement is showing these workers some appreciation because they deserve it.
This Dunkin' inside the Lenny's Food n Fuel has the friendliest staff! I am a regular and often/usually order ahead using the On the Go feature of the app. They always greet me warmly and my order is always exact! Thank you all for caffeinating us with asmile! :

This was by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. I ordered a French Vanilla iced coffee with only cream, but what I got was an iced coffee that had an extremely sour taste—I had to spit it out! Terrible experience!
This is the best Dunkin' Donuts in the galaxy! The customer service here is unmatched—I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else! A huge thank you to the staff!
The donuts are average, but the service is excellent and the aroma is delightful, reminiscent of a bakery. However, the prices are still a bit high for a donut.
