I had an awful experience at this Dunkin'. The customer service was incredibly poor. One of the cashiers was rude; he charged me for an iced latte even though I clearly asked for a hot latte. When I tried to explain, he remained disrespectful and even raised his voice, blaming me for the mistake. He refused to fix my order or offer me an upgrade. The cleanliness of the place was also an issue, and I saw him touching his hair without wearing a hat in a food service area. I wouldn't give this location any stars; it’s extremely unprofessional.
I would never go back to this Dunkin' Donuts. I left the long line because the two employees behind the counter were moving extremely slowly and seemed more interested in handling Postmates and Uber Eats orders than taking care of the customers. It was very disrespectful—there was no eye contact, nothing! It felt like no one was even paying attention. However, I can bet their tip jars were full from the morning rush.
This Dunkin Donuts is very convenient to where my home is. The staff is always pleasant respectful. The dining area is comfortable. The variety of food is very good and hot items are always freshly made. I am in there often and like the atmosphere very much.
