I went here on February 13 and had a coupon that expired February 10. I wanted to see if they would still honor it because it only expired a couple days ago, so I politely asked the man behind the counter if he would be able to make an exception and he started giving me an attitude and said ?there?s an expiration date on there for a reason.? I?m not mad that he wouldn?t honor the coupon. That I understand, but all he had to do was politely tell me no. There?s no need to be so rude to your customers.
I'm not a fan of this Dunkin place. I often go to the mall and stop here every time. Staff are not friendly or helpful. They are slow and dissatisfied by customers. I can't recommend this place. I say that and I am a fan of Dunkin in general,
The manager is terrible! Extremely rude! Would not recommend going to this place at all!
