Dunkin' - Table reservation

So I?m pretty gracious person, but if someone can?t even get both of my drink orders right which in turns overcharges me for my husband?s drink technically, makes me just a tad bit irritated. First, I was given an iced drink instead of the hot drink like I ordered. When I questioned him, that I didn?t order that and showed him what I did order, he took it back and began grumbling to his co-worker about it. Then I was given the right drink, gathered my things (said thank you) went home and as I was getting out of the car, I noticed my husband?s drink looked just like black coffee not the added things we had ordered. It turned out, I was right(only black coffee) which in turn means we were not...

This place is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. Whenever I feel like having a decent lunch, this place comes first to my mind. good and many types of food and a large menu.great team, and good vibes. Not less important, the cost is good. I recommend this place with no hesitation.

I try to be gracious and I understand that customer service is hard. But that's the second time they screwed up my order. And when I called up to ask for a refund and I was polite about it, the woman said no, was extremely rude and suspended on me. Life is hard enough, I'd rather spend my money somewhere.

Really nice people. Also got a free donut. Never in any Dunkin? Donuts have I been treated like this. Best place ever. Bad part is that I?m from ohio. Wish we had service like this back home.

I'm going here almost every day. It's family business. Can be a little slow when you wait in line, but their mobile jobs are fast.
