Ging there today for the first time, and they are so rude and insane. Above all, you can't even understand them, murmulate them and ask them if they can repeat something they scream at you. I ordered two donuts that there was no one. The woman literally stood there and stared at me, it was so unpleasant. I gave her a printed gift card I had and she just took her and stared at me, I didn't know if I could go or she needed anything else. 2 stars because the donuts were amazing
If I were able, I wouldn't even get a star this place really terrible. It took 20 minutes just to get for drinks and a bit of food, the guy can't understand that we just wanted three frozen hot chocolates and some food and an ice cream coffee. Was very nice towards the end, but he gave a lot of attitude that made the experience and overall -5 out of five stars. Food and drinks were amazing, although can?t complain about it
11.22, 2020 I gave an order. The Lord coughed and answered CORONA. I wondered if he was okay. There was no answer. I answered that I would not order. This is NOT funny when 1000 lives per day are lost. Besides, the woman who worked the window wore her mask under her nose. You need to cover your face to PROTECT OTHERS especially when handling food.
I'm a recurring customer, at least 3x per week. My coffee is always delish and any bakery item I buy is tasty. The staff is so nice and always has a smile! I live near and drive by other locations to visit this one specifically!
