I strongly recommend ordering ahead with enough time to spare. This is a small location with limited space and workers. I found it difficult for them to keep up with the in-person line because they were completing the online orders in real time. Their order pickup is simple and convenient, though.
Don't blink too slow. You might not see this from the road. It is a small building visible only coming westbound. It is a tiny location and the lines are long around rush hour. Hopefully then can get a larger location and add a drive thru in the future.
my friend ordered a butter beer bc he thought he was in hogwarts (they had not). Of course he will never return to this institution again. my ice cream was delish! I'll be back tomorrow
