I've noticed a significant decline in service at DD. While I enjoy their beverages, I may have to start looking for another place. The customer service is poor, and the staff is quite rude. When I came in to place my order, I was ignored as both employees focused on the drive-thru instead. I leaned over to say hello and asked if anyone was taking orders. They glanced at me but continued their tasks. Eventually, a young lady came over to take my order, but the guy kept taking drive-thru orders, singing along to music in his earbuds. I won’t be returning to this location again.

The food was tasty and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was efficient, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant, which also deserved a 4. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, creating a nice vibe even while getting food to go. Overall, it was an enjoyable brunch that I would recommend!
This is my second favorite Dunkin'. I stop by every day on my way to work, and even though the line is always incredibly long, the service remains quick and accurate. I have to leave home an extra 10 minutes early, or I'll definitely be late (even though I work just across the street), but it's totally worth it!
I have been standing here for 15 minutes, no one acknowledge us at all. They are literally just walking back and forth like we aren’t here. The female worker asked the male worker was he coming to serve us and he said she can do it and walked off. Gladly taking my money else where. I won’t be back ! Book a table now
I order an iced caramel craze latte every morning from various places, but this location consistently gets it wrong. Instead of my latte, they just serve me a regular iced coffee. I won't be coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This location was not as enjoyable as others I've visited. Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high: an Egg Cheese Croissant costs $4.39 and a medium coffee is $2.85, which totaled $7.96 before tax.
I received the wrong order, and when I brought it to their attention, they reacted poorly. It was frustrating because they were the ones who made the mistake. The customer service was terrible.

The food was delicious and served hot, but I really wish they would reintroduce the other sandwich that didn't use sourdough bread.
