I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday party, but when I went to pick it up, it hadn’t been made due to their staffing problems. They gave me a premade cake from the freezer just so we had something to serve, but it was nothing like the custom cake I ordered. At first, they said another cake could be made in 45 minutes since the party was that day, but then the owner called to say that wasn’t possible. I was at the restaurant yesterday and witnessed the woman behind the counter preparing a customer's order. She used her bare hands immediately after sneezing, without covering her nose. She proceeded to make the customer's sandwich with her bare hands, without wearing gloves. I approached the customer and informed him of what I saw, and he confirmed that he noticed it too. I advised him not to eat the food and he agreed, ultimately leaving the restaurant shortly after I did. This experience was extremely alarming and I have no intention of returning to this establishment.
I ordered a nitro cold brew, but the staff tried to give me a regular cold brew, claiming they were the same. When I requested a refund, I felt pressured to accept the drink I didn't want instead. To make matters worse, the drink was stale.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was very impressed. It was much better than other Dunkin' Donuts locations I have been to. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

There's nothing quite like a DD coffee paired with a fresh donut. It's the best coffee I've ever had! They also offer a great selection of breakfast items.
I ordered a cold brew coffee, but the barista simply poured hot coffee over ice. By the time I took a sip, it had all melted, and it was quite unpleasant.

This restaurant tends to be quite busy, but the staff puts in a lot of effort to deliver your coffee promptly. Everyone is very friendly here.
The staff here is extremely friendly. The woman at the counter greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. My drink was perfectly made.
