This is the third time I’ve ordered my coffee in advance, specifically requesting oat milk because of my almond allergy. However, yesterday, I saw the barista pouring almond milk into my cup before handing it to me. When I pointed out that I had ordered oat milk, she simply smiled and insisted it was almond milk, claiming it was the same price. I returned the coffee to her and reminded her about my allergy, but she just laughed and mumbled something while making me a black coffee.
