Upon arriving at the restaurant, we noticed that there was still over an hour left until closing time, yet the shelves were entirely bare. I inquired with one of the staff members about donuts, and she mentioned that they were in the back. She appeared hurried and seemed to have a somewhat dismissive attitude while taking our order. Before we had a chance to finish speaking, she walked away. When I attempted to call her back, she seemed frustrated about having to return and make adjustments. To make matters worse, she was also on the phone with earbuds in, talking to someone else during our interaction. Despite her unfriendly demeanor, I managed to remain courteous.
I am so excited that there's a restaurant in my neighborhood that serves matcha lattes! I used to get them exclusively from Starbucks, but now that I've discovered this place, I will definitely be coming here more often. The matcha here is just as delicious as Starbucks', and their Gingerbread latte is fantastic as well.
I visited during lunchtime and was disappointed to find very few donuts available—just a handful, really. It seems like the focus has shifted too much towards coffee and mediocre food, neglecting what originally brought you fame. It's time to get back to making those donuts!
This location is always closing early for whatever reason. Why does the hours of operation say closes at 9 and their consistently closing before that time. Someone needs to notify Corporate. Unbelievable

The coffee is quite good, but I consistently find that they run out of donuts and Munchkins during my visits. On my last few trips around 5 PM, they were already sold out.
I expressed my dissatisfaction about not receiving the complimentary coffee that was supposed to be offered on Free Coffee Monday at DnD. Can you believe that?
Awful experience. I arrived at 8:25 PM on a Saturday, but the restaurant was closed, despite their posted hours indicating they were open until 10 PM.
