I stopped by Dunkin' on Saturday morning and used the drive-thru. When I reached the window, I noticed my iced coffee looked green. I told the cashier that I hadn't ordered that, but she insisted that was my order with a splash of caramel mixed in and refused to fix it. If I tell you it's wrong and you won't correct it, forcing me to accept something I won't drink, what do you call that? Truly disappointing. I won’t be returning.
The two employees working that day at Dunkin' truly deserve a raise! They were polite, patient, and a joy to interact with. Even when I struggled to finish my order, they never rushed me. Later, at the pay/pickup window, I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, but they handled it without any fuss and quickly corrected it. Thank you both, and keep up the excellent work!
I go to this restaurant 2-3 times a week and I love their app points system. I've actually earned a free beverage of any size, which I plan to redeem on Monday morning. The servers are very friendly, and my orders usually come out quickly. Additionally, the restroom is well-kept.
I wish I could give this place zero stars, but I'll settle for one. The service was awful! I waited 45 minutes in line and still got the wrong order. The person in front of me only ordered two items, so the long wait was totally unnecessary. They've definitely lost a customer. Book a table now
