Midland Park is a much better option—these folks are not very organized and, quite frankly, rude. My food order arrived before my sandwich, so I inquired if my order included a coffee as well, since it seems odd to prepare food before pouring a cup of coffee. Two different staff members were asked the same question but couldn’t be bothered to check. The person I spoke to just left my coffee at the mobile checkout area. It was such a disappointing experience that I felt it necessary to save you some money. Midland Park is only three minutes away, and at least they greet you with a hello.
I had lost my wallet and was tired. I gathered some spare change, mostly pennies, and went into the restaurant. I was told abruptly that they do not accept pennies. Feeling embarrassed, I left. I used to be a frequent customer there, but not anymore. Pennies are legal tender in the US, so this lack of understanding was disappointing. This experience did not reflect good customer service.
The service and coffee at Dunkin' are great. However, my only frustration is that although they open at 5 AM, when I arrive around 5:15 or 5:30, there are never any bagels available. It feels like they’re not really open. Sometimes, I even have to knock on the door of the bagel shop next door, and they kindly give me a bagel to go along with my Dunkin' coffee.
Dunkin' offers delicious wraps, and their snacking bacon is an excellent complement. The holiday coffee selection is a wonderful choice, whether you enjoy it hot or iced. If you're looking for a quick breakfast or a flavorful snack any time of day, this is definitely the spot to go!
